In order to approve the application, I need the following items: The stream and buffer impacts requested in this application need to be cleady shown and enumerated on the site plan. These impacts need to correspond to the impacts requested in the application. The labels on the site plan must match the impacts listed in the application. As the application and impact map currently stands, it is not possible to match up what is listed the application with the site plan. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(g)] • The Corps of Engineers must also verify the Nationwide Permit that is to be used to authorize this project. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(7)] • According to the parcel information provided in the application, the current owner of the parcel is The Town of Morrisville. Pursuant to 15A NCAC 02H .0502(f), when the applicant (Greg Jennings) does not have title to the property, documentation must be provided that the applicant has, been authorized by the owner to apply for a certification.
