Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. would like to request a modification to DWR Project #2003-1023,
Certification #3452 to allow mining to resume. Martin Marietta resumed monitoring twelve (12) wells at
Rocky Point Quarry on March 1, 2018. Monitoring of these wells was suspended by Modification #4 dated
August 11, 2014. The currently monitored wells include:
• Location 19—Gauge NW1
• Location 20—Gauge NW4
• Location 21— Gauge NW12
• Location 22 — Gauge NW2
• Location 23—Gauges NW19, NW26
• Location 24—Gauges MM4, MM5
• Location 25—Gauges NW22, NW23, CEC3
• Location 26—Gauge MM -6
Please find enclosed a map previously prepared by Kimley-Horn & Associates showing well locations.
