In order for the DWR to further process your application, we require clairification on a
couple items.
1. Item 4g discusses the bypass pipe. Please clarify the size of bypass pipe to be
uti I ized.
2. Item 4g discusses the use of culvert "backfill material". Please clarify that
excavated stream substrate, or natural river stone sources from off-site will be
uti I i9zed.
