Skvarla, III Secretary B-5124, Replace Bridge Numbers 85, 141 and 151 over Swift Creek on US 301, Nash Counry The purpose of this letter is to notify you that the Ecosystem Enhancement Progrem (EEP) will provide the compensatory riparian weUand mitigation for the subjed project. Based on the information received on September ] 1, 2014, the impacts are locaced in CU 03020101 of the Tar-Pamlico River basin in the Northern Inner Coastal Plain (MCP) Eco-Region, and are as follows: Tar-Pamtico Stream Wetlands Buffer (Sq. Ft.) 03020101 Non- Coastal �CP Cold Cool Wazm Riparian � az�� M�� Zone 1 Zone 2 Impacts o 0 o a.l� o 0 0 0 feet/acres This mitigation acceptance letter replaces tAe mitigation acceptance letter tssued on September 18, Z014. F.F.P, through coordination with the NCDOT, proposes to utilize riparian wetland mitigation credits from the Grimesland (Phase II) site locaud in Tar-Pamlico 03020103. This impact and associated mitigation need were under projected by the NCDOT in the 2014 impact data. EEP will wtnmit to provide the riparian wetland mitigation crediu from the Grimesland (Phase I[) site to offset the impacts associated with this project as determined by the regulatory agencies in accordance with the N.C. Department of Environment and Nanual Resources' Ecosystem F.nhancement Prograzn In-Lieu Fee InsRument dated luly 28, 2010. Upon receipt of the pormit, the debit in the amount required by the issued permit(s) will be mede and locked to t6e Gregory Mitigation site. If the above referenced impact amounts are revised, then this mitigation acceptance letter will no longer be valid and a new mitigation acceptance letter will be required from EEP.
