comments for [he above referenced project The NC Division of Water Resources (NCDW R) recognizes that [he
bridge replacement project area lies within Che 100 year tlood plain of Lake Tillery, a Federal Energy Regularory
Commission (FERC) licensed prqjec[ mana�ed by Duke Energy. A review of our records indicates that a 401 Water
Qualih' Certification ( WQC) was issued on September 10. 2014 (DWR #20140806v1 ) and a moditication on February
I l, 2019 (DWR H?0140806v2). Since t�he NCDOT will be required to adhere to all �M101 WQC conditions, the project
has been previously reviewed, and no new information to the NCDWR is provided in the review packet, we have no
further comments at this time.
