The town of Kinston has finished the maintenance on the BMPs at our Adkins Branch project site. The plan was to
reconvene once this was completed. You had designated Scott Vinson of the Washington Regional office as the DWR
rep, we met him onsite last time. I wanted to check in with you to see if I should contact him to schedule the final
closeout site visit for this site? We will also be inviting the city to the meeting to ensure that they are aware of future
maintenance requirements as well. I will update the closeout report and debit ledger once we complete the final
closeout site visit and submit that to you too.
