It is a part of the Stormwater Division's cost share program which helps fund stormwater improvement projects. The project is intended to stabilize a severely eroding section of an unnamed tributary to Muddy Creek. 3e. Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used: The stabilization project will include elements to reintroduce an active floodplain and stable stream banks. Native materials will be used to the extent practicable to construct in-stream structures, as appropriate. Native plantings will be used to enhance stream bank stability.
