Enclosed is a topographic map depicting all streams delineated wi[hin projec[ area, as well as completed NCDWQ Stream IdentiCcations Irorms and Jurisdictional Determination Forms (Kapanos Forms) for each stream. There are sevenjurisdic[ional streams in the project area, six of which have proposed crossings. Attached is a table indicating jurisdictional status and proposed impacts for cach alternative.
