I have reviewed the stormwater management plan for this project and I am OK with the
design given the unusual circumstances. However, they did not provide a signed 0&M
agreement. I just called Lisa Meadows and explained that we need that before we can
approve. She is going to get the O&M to both of us soon. I'll be out next week - if
you get the O&M and want to go ahead and approve it, that is fine with me (please
just send me an email to let me know). Otherwise, I'll just contact you wen I return
to the office on 4/20.
