Overall, the site was in compliance with 401 Conditions. A follow-up inspection will occur this week since there was a
storm on Sunday. The culvert was supposed to be installed on Saturday.

Comment: I met with DOT staff and contractor Stephanie and Mr. Walker. The site was beinq dewatered and open
cut to readv the area for the culvert install. Some turbiditv was noted in a UT draininq to the mainstem,
but was likelv due to off site stormwater. A hose to the silt baq was detached but fixed while I was there.
