1. Please provide documentation stating that the Corps has approved the placement
of the dry detention basin, road and lot 6 within wetland areas.
2. The stub for Prestwick Drive on the adjacent property provides access to the west
side of the Birchwood Homes sites. Please provide the final site plan for the west
side of the development along with any proposed wetland impacts.
