Dear Mr. Steffens:
To follow up on our telephone conversation of Tuesday, I have enclosed a 8 1/2 X 11
copy of the Havelock site plan which includes Riparian Buffers on the north and east
sides of the site. You have indicated that these are man-made drainage cannels that do
not require Riparian Buffers and we request that you send us a copy of the "waiver sheet'
that you mentioned when we talked.
I have also included location information and a tax parcel map.
Please let me know if you receive additional information.
