Each requested item is discussed in detail below. La. The dissipater pad has been changed to a riprap swale that discharges directly to the receiving stream at a downstream angle. Lb. The supplement form provided in the original application listed the stream's farthest distance from the base of the level spreader. A supplemental form is attached that has been revised to 66 feet, which is the closest distance between the base of the level spreader and the receiving stream. l.c. The grassed area reported on the supplement form is located immediately adjacent to the receiving stream where an existing sanitary sewer line runs parallel to the stream channel. The photo was taken from the proposed base of the level spreader where the vegetation is forested. 2.a. Sizing information for the scour hole based on the Chapter 8 of the NC Stormwater Manual have been added to the project details provided on sheet DT-01. The scour hole was re-oriented so that it is parallel with contour lines as shown on the attached full-sized plan titled Stormwater Management Plan for West Garner Road Improvements. 3. Plan details of the proposed level spreader and scour hole are provided at a scale of 1" = 30' on the attached full-sized plan sheet titled Stormwater Management Plan for West Garner Road Improvements. As requested, five copies of this letter and attachments have been provided as well as two copies of the full-sized plans and a CD with pdf files of the full-sized plans.
