We have received your response dated 3/2/2018, to our NOV dated 3/7/2018. Thank you for the prompt reply
and development/update of the town's CIP.Your efforts are strongly appreciated and noted.
Please be reminded that the CIP is essentially a living document, and so needs to be updated every year to
keep it current. The CIP you sent seems to meet the requirements of the permit but only covers 2018 through 2020,
which is acceptable to meet the requirements for this year only. The town should always be identifying areas for
improvement and adding those areas to the plan as they become known.
