A review of the final construction plans, existing field conditions and approved riparian buffer permit drawings indicates that additional riparian buffer area is required to construct the project. The current approved riparian buffer permit drawin� 2 of 5 is attached to this email. The proposed revisions will result in the following additional riparian buffer impacts: 10+50 L RT Roadway Non-mitigable BZ1: 81 SF BZ2: 693 SF 14+90 L RT Bridge Non-mitigable BZ1: 1140 SF ra The Department requests a permit modification to cover these additional riparian buffer impacts. Note that the design of the project has not changed and the new additional riparian buffer impacts are considered non-mitigable. Please advise if you need additional information.
