Ms. Joanne- It is our position that the project has avoided & minimized to the
maximum extent practicable, and I will be working on the EA this and next week to
finalize our authorization. My plan is to get the permit out by the end of the
month.
Please forward this to Ian for his review (don't have his e-mail). Call if you
have any questions.
Hope you're doing well,
-mick

Hello Mickey & Joanne, hope you are doing well. I need your help again. EDA
spoke with Ian McMillan & Annette Lucas at the 401 wetlands unit today
concerning the stormwater engineering. Ian informed them that the wetlands
avoidance and minimization was still outstanding. We're leaving for Georgia
Thursday early morning. Can this please be taken care of tomorrow (Wednesday).
Sorry about the short notice. Though I'm in the field tomorrow, feel free to call
me on cell phone. Thanks for your help and have a great week. Jay

Gavin;
I just wanted to let you know that the wetlands consultant, Jay Keller, just called
me regarding status of the stormwater application.
The application package was received complete on 1/6/09. The application will be
reviewed in order that it is received in line behind others.
We are about 60-75 days out on reviews in the regular program.
Since there are wetlands so close to the stormwater system, this project will be
reviewed in the stormwater program and permit issued prior to issuance of the
wetlands [4011.
i just wanted to let you know the information that was given out since he was
inquiring for the applicant.
