Disregard my last two emails. Check out the changes below this should make more
sense. Hopefully!! Sorry!
Part B. 3d. The purpose of the project is not just to remediate the site if they
propose the leave 0.10 acre of fill in a wetland.
Part B. 3e. Discusses 0.62 acre related to wetland construction and 0.62 acre of
stream buffer construction. However, Part C. 2a does not list an area associated
with construction (temporary impacts) of wetlands and Part C. 6b buffer impacts only
lists 15300 sq ft + 10200 sq ft = 25500 sq ft. which equals only 0.59 acre.
Part D. 1 a. This response does not indicate how they plan to avoid and
minimize impacts to the wetlands.
Part E. lb. Diffuse Flow is required (refers to remediation plan). However,
Sheet 1 of 6 shows a discharge from the pond discharging straight into the Zone 2.
Sheet 6 of 6. Zone 2 of the riparian buffer is not depicted correctly.
Portions of the pond fill is in Zone 2.
Part E. 2e. indicates that the Certified Local Program is to review the
Stormwater Management Plan and 3c indicates that the Stormwater Managment Plan with
proof of approval is attaches. However, the letter from Wake County Environmental
Services statess that "no stormwater permit is required since there is no increase
in built upon area". Sheet 4 of 6. Need to clearly indicate the boundary of the
wetlands. What does the 0.53 acres refer to?

Lauren,
It now includes a PCN (and the fee was paid) that looks okay, it does include
the impacts that are to remain but the same restoration plan already submitted.
They still contend that the stream feature was a wetland and not a stream, but
are agreeing to a stream and wetland restoration.

Sorry, I didn't see that I had gotten it. I will let you know something by
Monday. If it is what they turned into us initially then it needs work.
