I submitted the new PCN application a couple of weeks ago and have noticed an error in the application for the wetland
impacts. I have attached a pdf for page 4 of 10 with the correct information. The total wetland impacts remain the
same. I erroneously indicated W5 as Permanent, which should be Temporary and there is not a sixth impact. Please let
me know if you have any questions.
