Narrative:
• This package is a revision to the previously submitted James River Equipment Sewer Extension
Fast Track Application on October 23, 2017. The application had been approved and permits
provided (WQ0039577) as of October 24, 2017. The purpose of the revision is to add a truck
wash facility on site which will now also utilize the previously approved sewer extension. No
changes to the new sewer itself are being proposed; only additional flow is being added to
account for the truck wash facility as described on the application and in the calculations below.
A revised site plan is being included to show the new truck wash facility on site and to show that
no changes to the sewer main are being proposed with this revision. All other previously
submitted exhibits and documentation still apply for this revision.
• Flow is calculated as follows:
[Showroom: 125gpd/Fixture x 15 Fixtures] = 1,875 gpd

Total = 2,325 gpd
