USGS map with proposed water lines illustrated. 2. SCS map with proposed water lines illustrated. 3. Plan Sheets 2, 3 and 4 revised to eliminate construction impacts within Zones 1 and 2. Zone 1 has been highlighted on the plan sheets in pink. There are no construction impacts within Zone 1 since all construction within Zone 1 is via directional bores. It is also believed there are no future impacts since all construction is within NCDOT rights-of-way that are already being maintained by NCDOT. Zone 2 has been highlighted on the plan sheets in yellow. There are no construction impacts within Zone 2 since all work within Zone 2 will be via directional bores. It is also believed there are no future impacts since all construction is within NCDOT rights-of-way that are already being maintained by NCDOT. 4. The proposed water line will increase water pressures in an area already provided potable water services. The proposed work is not intended to serve any new development but rather to improve the existing water supply. Inasmuch as the project has no projected significant secondary impacts it is believed completion of the "qualitative indirect and cumulative impact analysis" is not necessary. 5. The project plans have been revised to eliminate the 3,750 sq. ft. of Zone 2 construction impacts previously indicated on the PCN form.
