Generel Project Narretive: State Project 176P.6.R.106 involves the replacement of NCDOT Bridge 770228 on SR 1513 (Evergreen Church Road) over Burnt Swamp. The existing structure is a reinforced

also two outlets for the bridge deck drainage to facilitate spread for safety. Rip Rap outlet pads will be utilized to dissipate the flow and minimize erosion. Replacement in place
will minimize disturbance in the surrounding wetland areas and stream crossing. No ditches were replaced and the roadway embankment has grassy fill slopes.
