Hey Chris —
One small thing came up on this Crawford Townes Project: The owner listed on page I of the PCN doesn't match the
owner on the agent authorization form. Also the property PIN (parcel ID) on the top of page 3 of the PCN doesn't match
what's listed with Franklin Co. It looks like the PCN was filled out with the previous owner and previous PIN info before
it was sold in 2017 to Crosswinds and got a new PIN. Can you send me an updated page 1 and 3 of the PCN correcting
this information?
I'm still coordinating with our stormwater folks to ensure they are good with the proposal. As soon as that's complete, the
review will be done.
