I reviewed this site with Emily Hughes of your office last year. The request is for 0.32 acres of impacts for the construction of a road to access and upland area in the rear of the tract. This is the only proposed wetland impact for the entire development and is illustrated on the attached drawings. We are applying for this fill under a Nationwide 14 Permit. All wetland impacts have been avoided and minimized on this tract. All utilities will be placed along the road to reduce the total impacts Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this application at (910)795-0319, (910)297-1282, or by e-mail at tyulley(c?,,,mail.com.
