on -hold since the Corps have gone out for public notice and consultation with other federal agencies.

Thanks Robb. Yes, Topsail is out on Public Notice until April 30. We also have to request to initiate consultation with the
US FWS and the NMFS, and also have to coordinate internally under the 408 review process. This one may take awhile

I can't find a copy of the 401 (electronic or hard). The DCM permit says that it was issued on 1-29-18 under 2017-1604.
Could you forward to me when you get a chance?
