Please label each fill listed in the PCN with a corresponding letter/number/specific identifier on the Permit Drawings. 2. Please provide additional information regarding avoidance and minimization. Specifically, please provide addition information regarding the placement of the bridge bent within the existing stream. The existing stream width is listed as 52 feet.
