H i Dave,
Thank you for taking a look. I have checked with the drainage designer and the rip rap
previously proposed at the end of the 60" pipe is adequate for the 15" pipe to extend
through the wing but if go just outside the wing wall with the pipe, the pipe will need to
extend 2' beyond the wing and additional rip rap will be required. Would that
necessitate a permit mod?

April and David,
Attached you will find the revised drawings you requested. The blue are the changes we
need for you to review. The red line changes have been completed. We placed that pipe
outlet in the wingwall as we constructed the wingwall however we just discovered that
the 15 inch pipe over the 60 inch pipe cannot be placed deep enough to place backfill
around it. We would like to outlet the 15 inch beside the wingwall instead of through it.
