Hi Darrell,
After reviewing the revised drawings, there do not appear to be any proposed impacts
which would require a 401 modification. However, I am concerned about sediment and
erosion control. Is outlet protection provided? If so, could you describe it? What are the
stormwater velocity calculations for the proposed changes (is the slope and pipe size an
issue)? Is additional riprap required?
Have the proposed changes been approved by DEMLR (Chuck Kirchner)?

It is important to ensure that the correct measures and protections are used to ensure
that water quality is not impaired in the future.

April and David,
Attached you will find the revised drawings you requested. The blue are the changes we
need for you to review. The red line changes have been completed. We placed that pipe
outlet in the wingwall as we constructed the wingwall however we just discovered that
the 15 inch pipe over the 60 inch pipe cannot be placed deep enough to place backfill
around it. We would like to outlet the 15 inch beside the wingwall instead of through it.
