Hi Sue, I'm not sure if you are the right person to help me with this but I'm sure you can
point me in the right direction. We have a 15" pipe going over the 60" pipe that was
originally discharging into the top of the 60" pipe. There is not enough room for the 15"
pipe without getting into the subgrade so the contractor is planning to core the
wingwall that has already been poured and discharge there but we were wondering if

the pipe could discharge beside the wing wall? IF so, what (if anything) would be
required permit wise to accommodate this change?
