Dear Sir or Madam:
The undersigned is writing pursuant to 15A N.C.A.C. § 18C .2102 to inform you
of the proposed change in ownership of the public water and sewer system operated by
Royal Oaks, Inc., which corporation has an address of 200 Golfwatch Road, Canton,
Haywood County, North Carolina. Royal Oaks, Inc. is operating the community public
water and sewer system under the following trade names: "Springdale Estates" and
"Springdale Country Club." The system is operating pursuant to the attached permits.
Royal Oaks, Inc. has sold its business assets, including those related to the
public water and sewer system, to Springdale Golf Partners, LLC, a North Carolina
limited liability company (the "Buyer"), and is working with the Buyer to ensure that all
assets and applicable permits are transferred to the Buyer with minimal impacts on
customers.
