Andy Neal of the Raleigh Regional Office conducted a compliance evaluation inspection on February 20, 2018

inspection were as follows

1. All wastewater flow is conveyed to and treated at the Crooked Creek wastewater treatment plant
(NC0062715)
2 The Crooked Creek collection system has 2 pump stations Sawyer's Mill and Johnson Pond--both of which
have secured access, operational audible / visible alarms, telemetry, and emergency contact information
signs.Alarms operated when the high-water float was lifted, and telemetry was operational Both wet wells
exhibited very little to no waste build-up. Pump stations are connected to on-site generators which are
checked weekly and exercised monthly Per Mr Ball and corresponding logbooks, all pump stations are
mspected weekly
3 Per Mr Ball,the Crooked Creek collection system has an unknown length of gravity sewer Per Mr.Ball's
records, 735 feet of sewer line were cleaned in 2017
4 No map of the sewer system was available for review during the inspection
5 The Crooked Creek collection system uses the company's standard educational material for their Fats,Oils,
and Grease Program.Material distribution method was unavailable during the inspection
6 Per Mr Ball,the Crooked Creek collection system has no high-priority lines
7 No Spill Response Action Plan was available for review during the inspection
8. No right-of-way maintenance records were available for review dunng the inspection
