A review has been conducted of the self-reported Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) 5-Day Report submitted by
Town of Wilkesboro. This review has shown the Town of Wilkesboro to be in violation of the requirements found
in the subject permit and/or North Carolina G.S. 143-215.1(a)(1). The violations that occurred are summarized
below:

duration, gravity, impacts to public health, fish kills and other factors.
