Dear Permittee: A review has been conducted of the self-reported Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) 5-Day Report submitted by City of Burlington. This review has shown the City of Burlington to be in violation of the requirements found in the subject permit and/or North Carolina G.S. 143-215.1(a)(1).
