Inspection Summary:
This inspection was performed for a Notice of Intent (NOI) for Carolina Precision manufacturing, LLC. located at 1138
Gatedway Drive Mooresville, Rowan County North Carolina 28115. During the inspection we observed the site and found they
have only one outfall. This is a small metal part fabrication facility. We discussed with Jennifer Cutting and Naiden
Kremenliev about the possibility of qualifing for a No Exposure permit if they can provide cover for the dumpster outside and
store the buckets indoors. Based on the inspection I recommend the North Carolina general permit NCG030000 for Metal
Fabrication.
