Thanks for working with client and me on this project. If you would, please provide the client with a riparian
buffer authorization for the Sumerlyn-Phase 10 project that includes a condition requiring the submittal of the
final stormwater management plan approval from the local municipality to your office (NCDWQ-401 /Express
Permitting Unit) prior to any riparian buffer impacts.
