Chris I have been preparing a due diligence for this site I have attached the USGS map and the Craven County soils map for the ditch that is on the property. It does not appear to be a stream on the USGS or on the USDA soil site. However, when I looked at the old Crave County Soils maps I found an interiten stream symbol on the site about a 150 feet where the culvert crosses the road. I need to determine if this is going to be classified as a stream. I will see you Monday at 10 am on the site. Thanks Steve J.
