Hi Sean,
I have looked through the package you sent and mainlyjust needed clarification on what the future development
component would be for the proposed 149 If of pipe that they are wanting to leave in. Initially when we spoke I was
thinking that piped section was part of/under the building that is currently on-site but appears that it would be for some
sort of future development. Are there any current plans or is it just speculative in nature? Feel free to give me a call to
