On Apri14, 2018, Tom Steffens of the Corps of Engineers, Rob Ridings of NCDENR,
Chad Coggins & John Thomas of NCDOT, conducted site inspections of the above
referenced stream channels associated with the TIP W-5600 US 70 road improvement
project, Wilson Mills, Johnston County, NC. The purpose of this field visit was to make
Sec 404 / 401 permit compensatory mitigation credit ratio determinations for referenced
stream channels and confirm Neuse Buffer requirements again for the referenced stream
channels. The determinations were as follows:
