Comments: All residuals (99.62 wet tons) generated in 2017 were hauled to the Advanced Disposal Eco-Safe landfill
located in Blountville TN. Hauling tickets for the landfill were provided in the 2017 Annual Report (AR). The AR indicated
that no land application occurred in 2017. The last facility inspection was performed on March 31, 2016. The facility was
determined to be compliant. The last Annual Report Review was conducted on June 27, 2017 and was determined to be
compliant.
The Regional Office recommends rescission of the land application permit.
