Date of field visit: 2/13/2018
Description of review activities, results, and conclusions:
Review of HPO quad maps, HPO GIS information, historic designations roster, and indexes was
undertaken on December 19, 2017. Based on this review, there appears to be a structure over
fifty years of age directly next to the road. A survey was required and performed on February 13,
2018. A one-and-a-half story frame bungalow is unremarkable and has been altered, it is not
eligible for National Register listing. There are no National Register listed or eligible properties.
