Hi Laurie, I should have clarified this better for you. The new information is a correction/modification to the 3/19 info. The
USACE reviewed the march info and told them to fix some items and I just asked they send me a copy too since they expected to
get it in before i would have time to review the march stuff. so its new info in response to a verbal hold i requested. make
sense? if not, let me know. thanks for checking with me prior to returning or calling them. it was my fault thinking you could
read my mind from there .... happy tuesday

Their material is dated March 19, 2009 in top right hand of material; yours is dated 4/3/2009

The 3 PCN's they sent me show different NW #'s - 3, 13, 27
PCN's from your package 1 PCN per NW - 13, 14, 18, 27 & 33 - why not all on one?
So what's truth? what's fiction? Very confusing!
