Hey Alan, I am honestly not sure what the parking requirements are for a building of this size or type. When I reviewed the size of the parking lot with the client, I found that reducing the parking lot size did not affect waters of the U.S. for the following reasons:  The proposed parking lot does not impact waters and does shift other structures to impact waters,  The project will remain high density even with a reduction in parking lot size,  Stormwater basins have been designed to filter runoff produced from the parking lot in accordance with City SWIM and PCO buffer regulations. If you need more information or need me to clarify anything, please just let me know. I'm happy to help in any way I can. But this is over two or three shifts, which would mean the number of parking spaces required would be 800 or even 500 at any given time. What is the total number of parking spaces, employee requirements for the parking. That is a good bit of asphalt.
