APPROVAL of 401 Water Quality Certification with Additional Conditions

On August 25, 2008 a Water Quality Certification was issued for the subject site. Additional
Condition #3 stated that a storm water plan had to be submitted within 60 days of the issuance of the
certification. On December 15, 2008, a 60-day extension was granted. It has been requested that an
additional extension be granted due to the current economic conditions. Therefore an additional 120-
day extension for the stormwater plan is hereby granted. A copy of the approval letter and plan must
be submitted to the state for our files. This is the final extension, any future request will require a new
submittal for a 401 Certification.
