Hello Mr. Chris:
This is Dwight Vernelson with Rivers & Assoc. Please see the attached On -Site Determination for a riparian
buffer on a project known as Country Club Creek (single family residential) in Ayden, NC.
Ben Williams was working with you on this project, but since Ben has moved on to the Town of Winterville, I
was hoping you could help me. The on-site determination expired on May 1, 2013. the property has been
sold to a new developer who is trying to resurrect the project and would like to use the same lot and street
layout.
I have also attached a copy of one of the sheets that show the overall development, as well as the riparian
area. Please note that the project was approved, permitted, bid and then the wheels fell off when the Great
Recession of 2008 hit the development community.
When you get a chance, please call to discuss how we can renew this on-site determination.
