Dominion is diligently working to address the comments received in the Request for Additional Information letter dated
March 1, 2018. At this time Dominion is working with the property owners to secure signatures on the application form
and the O&M agreement. Dominion has also contracted with a consultant to perform the soil borings to obtain the site
specific information needed to complete the soils report and calculations for the infiltration rates. Due to wet
conditions at the site, access and weather conditions have delayed the acquisition of the required data for the soils
report.
We are respectfully requesting an extension to the due date to respond to the Request for Additional Information from
March 30, 2018 to April 9, 2018. If you have any questions regarding this request, feel free to contact me at 704-409-
3443.
