valuable consideration, to it paid by Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys,
confirms and warrants to Grantee, its successors and assigns, the following described real estate in
Rowan County, North Carolina, more particularly described in Exhibit (attached hereto and made
apart hereof) (the "Pro e "), together with all hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto
