Referring back to my 3/18 email, I need a copy of the impact map showing the 0.087 acres of impact. Confirm
which are done and any still pending. Go back to the special condition section of the original permit regarding
protective fencing and covenants, and include in the mitigation section for the protection of the remaining
jurisdictional areas on the site. Under the circumstances I don't mind you adding to the PCN you attached but
need the impact and mitigation maps and mitigation sections done for the application to be complete. Also your
pcn was dated for this coming June and referenced Holy Springs.

The email below is dated and was not sent, although it still has some merit. Basically, all they have left to do
with the project is construct the boardwalks. So, whether the work is under the old 404 or the courtesy
notification, what is the easiest thing we can do to help them out?
Heather Keefer wants a copy of the 404. Should they give her the old 404 or a letter from you acknowledging
the minimized impacts (.087 ac.). If the date is a problem on the old 404, can you reissue the 404? From
what I understand DWQ is satisfied.
I'll send a new PCN and impact map again, but I thought all that was already in the file for the reduced
impacts. If you need it again I'll send it on.
I'll call to discuss or wait for your response to see how best to proceed. Thanks Jamie.

Thanks for getting back to me about the permit and file. I believe my client has constructed everything within
the permit allowances except for the boardwalks.
If that is the case do you still want the PCN resubmitted? I think everything was accepted by Monte when the
401 was issued and USACE was notified per the memo from SWE. Do they need anything else? Can you send
anything acknowledging the modified impacts, or should they just provide Heather with the original 404? I've

attached the PCN again with a new date in case we go down that road. Let me know if you can send anything
.pdf to provide to the client or Holly Springs identifying the project is allowable under Section 404. Thanks.
