REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION
Dear Sir or Madam:
On March 10,2009,the Division of Water Quality(DWQ)received your application dated March 4,
2009,to fill or otherwise impact 50 linear feet of perennial stream and 213 linear feet of intermittent
stream to construct the proposed mixed-use development at the site. The DWQ has determined that your
application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will
require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or
streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive five copies of the additional information
requested below, we will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional
information. If we do not receive the requested information, your project will be formally returned as
incomplete. Please provide the,following information so that we may continue to review your project.
Additional Information Requested:
1. Phase One of the proposed project—the road—is high density and therefore requires a
stormwater management plan(SMP). Please provide a stormwater management plan that
provides a minimum of 85%TSS removal from all stormwater generated by Phase One of this
project.
2. For the remainder of the site, please provide a conceptual stormwater management plan for the
project that includes the following:
a. A depiction of the drainage areas on the site.
b. An estimation of the percentage imperviousness associated with each of the drainage
areas.
c. A calculation of the water quality volume associated with each drainage area.
d. A depiction of a proposed BMP(state the type of BMP you plan to use)on the site plan
that is correctly sized based on the water quality volume.

you will need to reapply with a new application and a new fee.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or
protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized(at
