Enclosed please find a copy of the Bioassay Compliance Inspection Form for the whole effluent
toxicity samples collected on 3/13/2018 and 3/15/2018. The samples passed the chronic
Ceriodaphnia dubia toxicity tests conducted by the Aquatic Toxicology Branch and ETT
Environmental, and therefore the facility is compliant with Permit No. NC0020940.
