Hey everyone
I'll be out of the office the next two days, so I just wanted to put in my $0.02 at
this point since the clock is ticking.
Under NW 14, the DWQ will require stormwater for the entire area that is within the
project boundary. Since the PCN states that the project size is 273.2 acres, the
"project" encompasses the whole new School of Health and Gerontology, associated
parking, access roads, etc.. Therefore, stormwater management is required on the
entire project.
The applicant has failed to provide the Required Items Checklists that are a crucial
part of the BMP Supplement Forms. I would suggest not reviewing the BMPs until the
checklists and the required items are provided.
