All impacts to wetlands and open waters have been avoided within this project. Impact Area #1- the width of the riparian buffer disturbance has been minimized to 10 ft. wide, with the permanent footprint of riprap at 5 ft. wide. The outfall was relocated to avoid wetlands. 1 b. Diversion ditches directing water into sediment basins, silt fence to prevent sediment from leaving the site, inlet protection to protect sediment from entering the storm system, all will be utilized during construction. 2. The following conditions also apply [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(5)): The footprint of all diffuse flow devices as well as an additional 10 -foot wide area on all sides of the devices shall be located in either public rights-of-way, dedicated common areas or recorded easement areas.
